1. Institute stewardship
The Transformation Management Institute publishes an open-access, versioned scientific canon and stewarded instruments.
The Institute’s research programs are:
System Existence Theory (SET)
Physics of Becoming (POB)
General Theory of Interpretation (GTOI), which publishes Meaning System Science (MSS)
Transformation Science
The Institute also maintains Transformation Management as an applied professional discipline that publishes standards, diagnostics, and classification instruments.
The Institute’s work may be studied, cited, and discussed for educational and research purposes with attribution preserved. This notice addresses mark usage only.
2. Purpose of trademarks
Trademarks and certification marks identify source and reduce confusion about official scope, authorship, and version status.
Trademark protection applies to names and identifiers used to designate source. It does not restrict scholarly use, citation, discussion, critique, or independent research on the underlying ideas.
3. Institute marks
The Institute asserts trademark rights in certain names used in connection with Institute publications and stewarded instruments. Where applicable, the Institute uses ™ to indicate a claimed trademark. If a mark becomes registered, the Institute may use ® where appropriate.

Trademark symbols are not required in external citations.
4. Certification marks
CTM™ is a certification mark owned by the Institute. If issued, CTM™ indicates that an individual has met published certification requirements established by the Institute.
Use of CTM™ is limited to authorized certificants in good standing and must follow Institute mark-usage rules. CTM™ may not be used to imply Institute employment, agency, partnership, endorsement, or authority to act on behalf of the Institute.
5. Permitted reference
Use of Institute marks for citation, scholarly reference, commentary, or comparative discussion is permitted when it does not imply affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or certification status.
6. Unauthorized use
Use of Institute marks is not permitted when it is likely to cause confusion as to source, sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, certification, or official status. This includes use of Institute marks in the name or marketing of a product, service, training, consultancy, certification, or derivative method that is not authorized by the Institute.
7. Version integrity
Institute publications and instruments are versioned over time. When referencing Institute materials, cite the specific page or document used.
